What a great hotel and location! The rooms are huge, the WiFi is super fast and the breakfast is super! Right across the street from the Horseshoe Casino! Check the hotel out, you will NOT be disappointed!
during my stay I had $12k worth of tools and clothing stolen! And of course the hotel didn't have cameras... hotel personnel also asked me to fill out a stolen items report because this was not the first time stuff has been stolen off of their property. (in a location cameras dont cover)
We spent 9 nights there recently. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Omaha area. We had a king suite. Has ample room for long stays. Trish at the front desk was phenomenal with every interaction. Room was clean and tidy.
We just spent a week at this location and would highly recommend it. It was A+ from the front desk to the ladies that made up the rooms. We loved all the breakfast selections every morning. It always had plenty of food both hot and cold food thanks to the watchful eye of Diana the manager. She does an amazing job.
Bed is super comfy and the pillows lol
it was just ok. I booked room with 2 beds weeks ago and when I arrived. I got room with 1 king. My brother had the same thing happen to him. the gave us a roll away which is not comfortable for a 6 5 tall persons. staff paid more attention to there phones than guests
