Very kind team helped us out when the app wasn’t working. Got everything sorted and got 2 new parents the caffeine they desperately needed!
Not a great experience today , 2 x members of staff struggling to cope Teacake seemed to have icing sugar on it top and bottom, as though not cleaned from previous order Whole place especially the tables needed a good clean
I went to the casher arpund 15:00 today to get a paper cup for taking out. I was queing and wating to be served at the til. The girl on the til completely ignored me even if I was standing right in front of her and start to deliver some orders to other customers. I had to go to speak to another waiter for help. I felt discliminated.
I got the butter pecan cookie latte, it's delicious 😋 Lad who served me was really friendly, nice and cosy feel inside too.
