Due to mobility issues I was nervous being out on my own. I use a walker. In this Costa I was greeted by Stacey. I requested my food and hot drink and paid. There were a few customers waiting for their drinks to be made but before I could ask for assistance Stacey asked me to take a seat and she’d bring my order to me. This was done promptly. I had a quick chat with Stacey. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
I came in the other day by myself to study for my AAT exam, and I was served by a lovely member of staff, Kate. We exchanged pleasant chit-chat while I was being served and my drink was made in no time. Thank you, Kate, for the lovely service. 5/5 recommend!
Worst Costa in the North East… Do NOT come…The staff lied to our faces and denied doing a mango bubble frappe in winter . Which I have checked and is a lie apart from that very good
Lovely little break from shopping, staff were lovely, Lynn in particular! Looking forward to the new drinks menu!
