Long queue....staff are void of a smile....and I mean void. If you want a smile with service this is not the place for you. No atmosphere, tbh this probably reflects the staff's attitude.
Very busy lunchtime but the young staff team were fast and efficient working well as a team. They remained cheerful and friendly despite being rushed off their feet. Coffee is always good and so was my toasties. Thank you
I absolutely love this cotsa. I come a lot and the staff are genuinely so friendly and nice. They are super quick too. 🤍
