When. When, When are you going to replace the dishwasher? Basically it hasn't worked since September 2025 . Your poor staff are at their wit's end dealing with paper cups and irate customers who can't understand why it is taking so long. You've replaced chairs etc but your poor staff have to wash and sterilise all equipment by hand!! The small Costa in Uxbridge had their dishwasher replaced within a week of the old one breaking down. Do you want us to call in the local press?
