just counter service in cambridge north rail station, no seating
Fantastic staff. Service over and above what's necessary. I happened to be sitting nearby as they cleaned up and shut up the shop. I was very impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned everything before closing.
This was not looking clean today
Horrible service. Made us pay full price but did not give us our full order. Didn't even have most of the stuff on the menu. Never going back!
Unfortunately as with most Costas staff are more interested in talking amongst themselves than dealing with customers and this was the same this afternoon. I would have got more Interaction from the express machine over the road.
