Ordered a flat white with oat milk to take away. It’s NOT oat milk. Just aswell I don’t have an allergy. I just like the taste Store was busy. Lots of wrong orders. I guess new staff. One gil looked new and had a really dirty jacket on that she obviously had borrowed. Shames as it’s actually a really nice looking retail park.
All the staff are always friendly and amazing customer service.
This is my second time at this Costa where I have ordered a simple caramel oat milk latte but they get the order wrong and give me salted caramel without offering an alternative or making me aware of this until i drink it, they never seem to smile either
