Recently went for a coffee with my wife to Costa coffee in Cowes Isle of Wight, we sat down and could not believe a man opposite was feeding his dog a chewy dog stick on his lap at the table. One of the female staff said aw what a lovely little dog? A couple sat near us spoke in disbelief and we all agreed we would not being coming back. Tables are for customers not dogs! I would like to know if Costa as a company agree that feeding dogs at tables would grant them a food hygiene rating of 5

rude services. very dismissive. cold food when it’s meant to be hot. hair in food. appalling attitude.
Came in wanting a tuna melt went to pay and worker was very rude and then said they would not be able to heat up my food that is meant to be hot but still served it cold
