Staff were amazing. Unfortunately they burned the bean when i ordered a medium black americano.
I ordered an iced oat matcha drink and said with strawberry please and she proceeded to hand me one without strawberry and say “you never said with strawberry”. Moral of the story just say sorry and then proceed to make the proper drink please 🤦♀️

This Costa outlet is opposite Platform 11 in Waterloo Station. Service was polite and quick. There is a small seating area upstairs away from the noise of the station concourse.
