Rudest staff I have ever seen
Waited with no one in front of me for 3 members of staff to have a chat about dogs for an unacceptable amount of time before someone even acknowledged me let alone took my order. Out of the 3 only one of them was actually working..customer service skills nil
Had a really uncomfortable experience yesterday. We ordered, and I took my partner to a table in their wheelchair while we waited for drinks. I needed the toilet (I have Crohn's) and discovered the toilets are locked with a keypad, so I had to return to the counter to ask for access. They said the code is on the receipt, but I said I couldn't read it. So they told me the code. I asked which toilet it was for, and they said the regular one.
