Superb coffee shop. Guy with the long hair was particularly skilled and friendly. Well worth a visit
10 minutes waiting behind 2 people in a queue while a member of staff stocked the fridge and apologised to his colleague who responded "that's okay I dont mind". Yeah nevermind everyone waiting! Went on the till as soon as his manager appeared. They dont take amex, and their card machine broke down with now backup. I gave up and went next door, where they take amex and I was served in less than 30 seconds.
Today as I was in caffè I think the staff in there were new there was a big issue lady selling the magazine outside Costa and she grabbed a chiar from Costa one of the staff came out and grabbed the chair from her hands I saw the lady got really upset about it really rude staff not nice at all from the first day !!
