“We came here for a coffee, thinking we could stay a bit longer. Turns out we weren’t supposed to stay more than an hour, while we thought it was three. We got fined. The company and ticket issuers are terrible, total scammers. On top of that, the staff doesn’t help at all, as if they all take a commission.”
