What a joke on Saturday afternoon! Served by the most miserable girl I've ever had the displeasure to meet, no eye contact at all, no smile, no friendly greeting, zero customer service. Ordered our drinks - Mango Frappe and Chocolate chip Frappe that were advertised on the board. Received my drink first, Chocolate Frappe, no crunched biscuit on top, when asked I got the reply we are out of it. Veronica was amazing and made my morning with her great customer service with a smile
I had a truly lovely experience. As someone with a disability, I really appreciated how respectful and patient the staff were I felt genuinely valued. A young barista made my birthday extra special with a thoughtful message and good service. Even though it was busy, he took the time to explain the drinks and help me with the app and my rewards without rushing me. The kindness truly stood out thank you for such a memorable visit.
