The staff are wonderful. They were friendly and accommodating and went out of their way. They helped make our trip to Wales even more special.

I have been going to Costa in Bangor for a while now, it’s a great place for a coffee and very reasonable price too. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful all the time when I’m there and always happy to chat while serving your coffee. I have the app and sometimes forget about it but they always ask if I have the app and remind me to scan it to get my free bean to put towards my free coffee. It’s all about the bean
The coffee is lovely, the staff are fantastic, but the shop stinks of damp and mould, theres black mould growing on the windows and on the walls, 2 stars to match the eho score, costa head quarters needs to come and do to work please
Staff always very pleasant and friendly, always tell you have a nice day but not patronising, coffees nice and hot bit on the expensive side so use them as a treat now, served via the drive through not a long wait
