Well one of the security guys was awesome! I was sitting on a tiny bench due to my feet hurt. I couldn't take another step in my heels. I told him I was trying to get flip flops but the lady only accepted cash. He disappeared and came back a few minutes later with flip flops for my poor feet. He was my saving grace. Thank you!

Staff was rude a big 6 ft something black guy literally pushed myself 4' 11" and other people dancing on the packed dance floor for "stepping" into a roped off area. Didn't ask us to please watch out or anything. Just pushed us as if we were trying to get into the area on purpose. Then the staff at the ladies bathroom line, the guy was an idiot. Just got back from Tao Beach today it was my birthday celebration �. Can I just say Brandon (VIP host)certainly made sure it was a bday to remember! I would certainly recommend Tao Beach to friends (mmm get the cabana lol) #Loveit ����
My friends and I had an awesome dinner there! The service was great and the food was delicious! I'll definitely be back!
We were guests at the Palazzo hotel and went on our first day to Tao beach and showed our Qatari IDs and went inside with no problems.. Next day we decided to go again since the main pool at the hotel was closed but the guy at the door did not let us in because he was not "familiar" with the IDs!!!! He asked for passports which of course we didn't have as we only have our swimwear on!!!! Who carries a passport when going to the pool!!!! We had a reservation and we wait more than 20 minutes for our table. After then the food came after 40 mins so we were there for about 2 hours. Food is amazing buy they need better service.
Horrible service..My friends and I were on the VIP guest list and we were treated horribly.Horrible customer service,not the friendliest of people. We were supposed to have open bar but only were allowed to order certain drinks...Bartenders were also rude...Not going back not recommending it.
