Clean and up kept even by the pool and occasionally the garbage compressor. They have weekly events. Cons A/C went twice in the past fours months. Once it was a holiday and it took the next day to fix after I waited for the office to open up even though I submitted an emergency work order. I have light fixtures that do not work. I moved to... (Verified Renter) I moved to this apt complex since May, 2015. Unfortunately, I had to move out after hurricane harvey. But I came back to my place a year later where I used to live before. The reasons I choose this place are very close and easy to access bush park wth fresh air and have kind and sincere employees to help you to feel like home.
