horrible The trash is always full in the mail area. The trash is also overflowing in the main dumpster for the ENTIRE residence. Also last month my apartment almost burned down since the wires in my "heater" busted "accidentally" they said since they were able to fix it I was not able to be released from my lease. I got woken up by my fire alarm to find my house filled with smoke. If it wasn't for my fire alarm or for me being there in my apartment and calling maintenance at 12am in the morning the whole building would have ... read more
This is my... (Verified Renter) This is my first apartment living experience and I have no complaints. I picked this area for the great schools. I have wonderful neighbors, lots of kids. The apartments are really nice with all updated amenities. The pool area is gorgeous and management is quick to respond to any issues that arise. Great little complex!!

Excellent Place We stopped there a couple a weeks ago, we loved the placed. People were very nice, specially the lady that helped us Stephany. She was polite and very professional. The place is wonderful and loved the decorations.
Increasing Price!!!!!!!! Expensive community in comparison to other communities in this area. They increased the rent price within 6 month ! They are not care about residents. I strongly offer other communities! With the same plan and 30% cheaper.

office staff is very rude bad treatment to the people who reside in that place are very rude these women all stefany Teresa the manager all in general flooded these apartments and they have the residents as if they were animals very bad everything besides having many roaches spiders and rodents very bad all do not live in vue kingsland
