The property is... (Verified Renter) The property is beautiful and in a great location. However, it is apparent that management is not walking the property so there is a trash in hallways. Also, the management is content with a main trash collection issues. In front of the main trash there is a mountain of trash build up every day and management is not willing to come up with a solution.

Ive been a... (Verified Renter) Ive been a resident at Vue Kingsland for 1 month and a half and Im please with how spacious the unit are and also the floor plan. Large toilets, panel floors. Stainless steel appliances. Awesome units to live in and I would highly recommend these apartments.

Not a big... (Verified Renter) Not a big fan of ONE trash compactor in the entire facility. The thing is disgusting and on the weekend trashed is overflowing and all over the front. Does not look good to my guest. Also, the pack of availability from the office. It doesnt matter what time I call I can never reach anyone. Rings so long I end up speaking to some support agent who works for the Cortland management team but not specific to my facility. Nice place. Friendly... (Verified Renter) Nice place. Friendly neighbors with the occasional bad apple, same with most places. Well mannered staff. Sidewalk leads to a walking/biking trail in either direction. Pool is always clean but can get crowded. I always find a spot to park thats not incredibly far from my building. Close to I-10 and its near a Police Department so you see patrol units passing multiple times a day. I feel like it helps discourage criminal activities. Total rating 4.2 of 5. Would renew lease.

Verified Renter More attention to details and honesty from the staff would be great. Actually fixing the problems would be great. At this point I’m starting to Question why I moved in this complex. Heather and Stephanie were absolutely fabulous when I started the process of relocating here. When I arrived there’s been issues and the manager Sarah has not addressed the issues with me. Which I find discouraging seeing how customer service by the manager lacks.
