Verified Renter Beautiful environment that really feels like home. Nights are very peaceful and quiet. The quality of tenants here is great; everyone is nice and the office staff is always very welcoming whether youve been here one week or five years.

I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived here since they first opened. It is a safe community and the company/management does a good job keeping residents informed via emails, texts and letter notices. When Hurricane Harvey hit they were professional and fast with getting the apartments up and running again, and I was impressed how quickly I could come back home. Happy to live here!
We almost complained... (Verified Renter) We almost complained 10 times saying that we are getting loud noise from the apartment above us and its getting irritated more and more daily. Bumping our roof, running during 11 pm and 6 am. No action was taken and I am not at all satisfied with the service. No proper response/action from the leasing consultants or managers. I feel very bad with this request.
Run Away!!! My boyfriend is living in Cortland Vue Kingsland Apartment. He's paying trash fee but trashes are scattered everywhere and left there all day. People never pick up after their dogs. You have to jump over them while walking. Jump over!! I feel like we are living in jungle with roaches, spiders, ants, lizards, frogs...

Verified Renter Apartments aren't bad. A first for me was the manager wanted to fight me. Physically. Yelling and screaming.
