Their form of communication is current as they continuously keep us informed with any changes or issues that may arise . The entire staff is friendly and prompt with any questions or concerns we may have .
Verified Renter Quiet environment and cute apartment but nasty, stained breezeways and stairways. If you dont mind walking through that then this place will be ok for you. I live on the third floor and dread seeing how nasty the grounds are. Landscape is their priority so be sure to check out where youll be staying to see if its up to par. I also had a bad experience with ant infestation when I first moved in. When we looked into transferring our lease Anna helped us and she was amazing always answering our questions and concerns. Throughout the lease period things went downhill we would make request never heard back, would call to check if our packages were delivered because they would never notify us took at least 3hrs to even get someone to pick up the phone.
