Definitely recommend! Let me start by saying that the new management staff is amazing and understanding, they go above and beyond to resolve any issue. Maintenance is super fast with your requests & the pool is open all year year, which is amazing!
Great location! The property is beautiful and in a great location. Not too far from the city but not too close. I’ve been living here for 2 months and I love it, great staff and the amenities are definitely the best part! Like who else has a car wash on site?! THEY DO!
Trash This place is trash since the new management company took over. They don’t clean the breezeways, they don’t do their job, they don’t do anything. I imagine they sit around all day scratching their heads without a clue how to run this place. Everything here is dirty now, the dumpster area, junky cars, sketchy looking people come and go whenever. The maintenance is unprofessional and so is the office staff, they don’t even have maintenance wearing uniforms. They want to raise rent not 50 not even 100 but 200 dollars LMAO... read more
Great Location and Staff So surprised by the negative reviews, I personally love it here. The staff is always nice and helpful when I need assistance. The price is great considering the location and amenities.
Alden Park I have been living here for over 2 years . It was a nice place until the new property management took over. ALDEN PARK suck. Your car and apartment will get broken into. The pool is always locked or broke. They don't answer the phone. Maintenence doesn't fix anything on time. For the money that we pay you can go on fancy apartment.com or tx high risers for a better home that will cater to your needs. Management is extremely rude and let's not talk about the trash. Dont Move Here I have never written a review here before. I had a good experience in the beginning with Cortland , ever since Alden park took over I had a terrible experience. 1. They did not prepare for the transition at all. 2. The pool was closed for 2 weeks and they had a sign up "the pool is closed for cleaning will open tomorrow." But they knew it wouldn't be cleaned in time and lied" 3. Trash Valet was canceled for a week. Theses amenities are included in rent but no credit was given for the inconvenience. 4. TERRIBLE Yes the apartments LOOK nice at first. That is until you have nasty trash all over the property. I’m talking, a woman’s sanitary pad stuck to the wall. The people that reside here can be so loud and they like to throw parties…my parked car was wrecked into because of a drunk driver downstairs. The most infuriating part is that it is impossible to get ahold of staff. Don’t move in here please. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever moved into and that’s saying something considering that I’ve been a renter for over 10 years. The neighbors are the worst. Extremely loud and manager will not take action to allow us to have a comfortable living space. There is no sleep as they don’t sleep until 3 am just to wake up at noon and start again the next day. Not a safe place Gates need to be completely revamped bc break ins happen at least once a month. My partners tools got completely wiped out from company truck. Don’t feel safe here. :(
