I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been a resident of Vue Kingsland for the past 4 years. I am also a Katy area graduate so Ive been in the area for about 20 years. Vue has been a consistent and proper example of what the expectation of how living in Katy should be like. I would highly recommend this place as a home.

Verified Renter Good location. Competative value. Crime and burglary data unknown and last time I asked, managent claimed to not have any information although I do know of one car break in. My sense of it is that on site criminal activity is probably low to none as cpares to other area complexes. I have little confirmed data to back up my feeling about this except that I do know of other area apt complexes which definitely have problems in this regard.
