mediocre, crime increasing While most of the neighbors are wonderful and friendly, the management of the property is lackluster. First, the trash is a huge problem. While the trash pick-up service is easy and convenient, many residents do not follow the rules and leave their trash out at all hours (and in unapproved containers) which attracts raccoons. Verified Renter A place to really call home. Family and kid friendly and respectful neighbors that actually greet you. Overall a safe and pleasant place with amazing natural habitat surroundings, excellent interior/exterior apt amenities, and friendly staff and management.
