Disappointed I have been on this apartment complex for almost 2 years. After all with the hurricane happen is been crazy. The girls from the office have been super disrespectful to me and all the residents I have talked to. Have try to ask about their boss name number or email but the girls for some reason don't want to give me he's or her information. Super disappointed.
Concerned resident We have been residents of The Vue Kingsland for one and half years. We love the staff and property. The property is kept up great! Our original apartment in building 10 was great and had no issues but since changing into different unit we are now experiencing a lot of roaches. We cannot tell where they are coming from. FAIR HOUSING and many other issues! Submitted a complaint to Fair Housing. The gym is supposed to be open till 11pm. I used to have access till then but several months ago my access got restricted to 10pm. I talked to the office staff and manager and all their reasons for why this happened is conflicting. Emailed manager@vuekingsland.com many times with ZERO response. Someone restricted my access in the office on purpose because there are others who are able to get into the gym after 10pm. Security Concerns I am a current resident of the property. We have suspicious activity recently at various apartments in the last one month . One of the apartments had a break in robbery on 27th Oct 16 and another unit had an attempted break in on 3rd Nov 16 in broad daylight . Finaical Department Vue Kingsland is a fabulous place to live, The location is just wonderful. It is on a corner the entrance for coming in / out is extremely roomie, the pool and awesome. Everyone here is wonderful. Even the gentlemen who is the maintenance for Vue Kinglands keeps the area spotless and it is pretty huge. I only have a couple months here and I LOVE IT. The best part there a Chevron right on the opposite corner, It cant get more convenience that. Got to love it.

Great vibe Vue Kingsland is the place to be if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to have great attractions a short drive away! The overall environment of the apartment community is the best I've experienced. It is like coming to a home rather than a house. Great location, great price, great management...there's nothing to complain about!
