Verified Renter I'm going to be moving soon. The apartments are good and the community has nice amenities. On the other side, the administration should enforce it's rules. If it's a smoke free community, why do I smell marijuana every time I get in the community and even inside my apartment (coming through the vents)? Same problem about waste disposal, animals raised outside the apartments, and minimum cleaning standards: no rules are followed. Giving notice without further action (fees) is not effective!
