I have a third floor unit which comes with high ceilings and the kitchen is so nice and made of high quality material. You will pay for pest maintenance as well, but you may find roaches crawling on kids' pillows while they are sleeping at night...

The Cortland Holcomb Bridge community. I moved here in March of this year, the location is great and has easy access to main highways, it is excellent as are the schools nearby, is one of the best in the area. The community team is incredibly (Ben and Bridget) both are very helpful and friendly. She always has a smile for my son, she is lovely. The maintenance requests are responded to incredibly fast (Antonio) He is very friendly and helpful, he always has a smile on his face.
