Verified Renter In my opinion when someone is looking for rent at this location first thing is tell people about pets in the complex things like your neighbors from above can have dogs running all the time, to be aware that you are not going to have peace and quiet every time you want, but it depends on how well trained or tired your neighbors' pets are.

Super thin walls I have been living at this Cortland Community for 7 years. Since living here, I have never had to submit a noise complaint on a neighbor…until now. I have spoken with several people in the office on several occasions (face to face and through email) about my neighbors who currently live above me. I’ve even provided video recordings of the noise level, and of my glasses shaking in my cabinets. Nothing has been done to alleviate the noise.
