Not worth it! Over priced! There are water bugs, I had to request maintenance to spray at-east twice a month. My rent was increased by $150 after my first year. You have to pay so many hidden fees every month. Gas is a separate bill, electric is a separate bill, you pay for water usage through the gas company as well as through monthly rent. It’s not worth it, The best thing about the complex is the pool. Maybe that’s what we’re all paying for.
