Verified Renter We moved in almost two months ago and have had several problems with items in our apartment not being up to par and/or working correctly when they should have been inspected before we even moved in. There are 5-6 potholes and piles of asphalt just to get from the from entrance of the community to our building. We received an email about a new trash compactor however we have been unable to find one that does not have a lock on it.

Every staff-member that I have met has the combination of being efficient and well organized along with being warm and caring - what a great combination! The apartments are spacious and clean. I moved in over a holiday (Martin Luther King Day) so traffic and parking was a breeze. (I was able to set-up my kitchen and bedroom first and then fill in the rest a couple of weeks later, it was so much easier than moving all at once - a true luxury for me). It’s amazing!! I’m living here around 3 years my personal experience it’s so grateful , amazing I have no problem with my apartment and it is very comfortable and the neighbors very respectful as well as those of the office, as well as the maintenance thank y’all , best apt in the area Attis !!
