Having lived here for over 7 years, I have seen employees come and go, but none can compare to the current staff. My apartment 1527 Holcomb Pond i love my apartment so much because it has a great amount of space which my dog and i enjoy. My Jack Russel Terrier is full of energy and just loves to run around and entertain herself. As for me, this apartment has amazing quality in its floors, closets, bathrooms, and rooms. The patio is a very spacious and calming environment.As for the neighborhood, it is very friendly and safe.The management workers are sweet, hard-working, and helpful.
Above par I've lived at Holcombs Pond almost four years. The apartment, though older was clean with new carpet and fresh paint. They do include apartment size washer/dryer. Walking distance to shopping, dining, movies. Located across the street from a middle school. I moved in with two dogs one of which is a German Shepherd and she wasn't on the restricted list nor did they charge an astronomical fee. Holcombs Pond Apartments Holcombs Pond has been a very comfortable place to live. I chose this apartment based on getting an affordable two-bedroom in a safe and comfortable community and it has been exactly that. The staff has been very agreeable and nobody bothers me here. Any maintenance requests have been fulfilled in a timely fashion. It is a nice mix of different demographics and I think anyone can feel comfortable in this complex. Holcombs Pond Apartments We really like our apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We are close to the interstate and have alot of shopping places around us (supertarget 5min walk).
transitional New management , not sure what to think. Better maintenance would be a plus.
