Verified Renter The buildings st the rare are neglected and not as the front ones. You can see leaves everywhere, including hallways. Leaves are cleaned once a week.. The lighting is very poor at the entrance. I recommend that installation of a ra a rail and a sign.

I've been here going on 6 months now and I don't have a single complaint! I'd recommend (and I do), in a heartbeat! If you are looking for an apartment to call a home, this is the place you're looking for!

Verified Renter Attis by Courtland is a very safe and clean place to live. Service and management more than meet any need that I may have. The location is excellent as are the schools nearby. This property is quite a find in the North Atlanta sector.
