Verified Renter Beautiful apartment home, inside and out! The floors are old and creak badly but if you can live with that, it truly is the only downside. The staff is wonderful! I've lived here a few years now and I can honestly say that I've been happy for the most part. Neighbors can be trying at times but that is the nature of apartments in general. Overall, I would recommend Cortland Holcomb Bridge for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful home with an extraordinary staff.

Verified Renter Cortland Holcomb Bridge has been an amazing place to live. The complex is well maintained and quiet. The staff is very caring and the few minor issues that I had got resolved super quickly! The gym at the complex is always well maintained and even has a private room to work out in. Everything is made easy with the tenant in mind. The staff here even put on fun events for residents. So far it’s been a pleasure to live here!
