They arrived at 8 am and sat around waiting for a call because the work order was not updated with the contract. Around noon I heard them asking for me I went down stairs to see water all over my basement and they were asking for the shutoff. I was told that they would get a plumber and replace my water heater, the same gentleman that were installing the A.C. And the heater did the water heater. They had to use my towels to clean the water because they didn’t have enough ( I am still doing laundry). I am still cleaning water... read more
Excellent service. We had regular summer maintenance for our AC and Jamie was courteous , very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant to deal with!! Very satisfied.
Last year Cooper did a heating inspection and recently they did a cooling system inspection. Both techs were professional, experienced in residential HVAC, and explained each step of the process, I would recommend them to others who are seeking similar services.
I had questions about my new heating/cooling system and Jamie answered them all. We also found out that my system was not running optimally as I hadn’t changed the filter for awhile. (Should be every 1-2 months.) He changed this for me and then went outside to check the outside unit. I had vines and plants growing around it. Not optimal. Very happy with my new Lennox AC and Furnace. The install team did a great job and I am very happy with the final product. My furnace room never looked so nice!
