Reza was very courteous without being invasive. I appreciated his work ethic and the ease at which he handled the project. The furnace looks great. He demonstrated the changing of the filter, the on and off switch, the gas shut off, and the where the new outlet is. He also provided me with a light to use when checking the filter. Eric Slaughter came yesterday for our annual heater checkup. He was on time even though the roads were icy. I appreciated his friendly professional manner. He explained every test. I highly recommend Cooper and Eric.
I discovered a gas odor in my furnace area and Cooper Heating was at my house in a very short time and discovered the problem immediately. I am extremely happy with their response and repair. I also want to thank Jason for his politeness and explanation of the repairs that were to be done.
Barrington Jennings came out to check on an error message and to the annual checkup. This is the second year he was here and he is fantastic! He is professional and honest and really cares. I want him to always be my furnace man.
They are awesome. Reliable and best service and reasonable prices compared with competitors. I am glad to find them. Service team are knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. Used their service for couple of projects and will continue to use them .
They came even as late as 8:00 pm when I had a problem with my furnace. The technician, Cesar, was polite, knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.
