Very responsive and easy to work with. Our technician Santosh was very professional and pleasant.
They installed a commercial 50gal water heater and when there was dripping they came back and put an expansion tank on it after I had a plumber tell me the heater had too much pressure causing the dripping...Cooper honored that and put the tank on at no extra cost. Always ask if one is needed before paying the bill!
