Quick response to my furnace not working from Cooper Heating. Chandler Garrison was the technician and explained and showed me what was wrong with the furnace. I also asked questions about my AC system that will need replacement. He was professional and informative. He also wore shoe covers and a face mask! I will ask for him the next time! The company that built our home installed the heating and cooling system wrong and not to code. Cooper has been to our home multiple times to address the problem. Most recently they came to make sure we had heat in 2 degree weather. It repairs were complicated and took hours but we are warm. Highly highly recommend
