They are extremely competent, courteous and fast. They checked with me for my preferences about how the humidifier operates, and gave me a complete rundown on filter changing and general maintenance. I'm the second one in my family to use Cooper H&C, and we are both very happy with them.
These guys are spot on! We got our estimate the same day and they were at our house installing our new AC a week later. All showed up on time, put runners down the entire path they had to take through our house to our furnace, custom-built a box when the out-of-the-box blower didn't fit, took care of everything including the electrical box work, walked us through everything, were careful about masks. Used Cooper thru Costco program and thoroughly impressed. Had to replace AC & furnace so high $$$ investment. Secured four estimates and Cooper’s was the most thorough and informative. No pressure or “bait & switch”. Install techs showed up on time and finished on time with no hassles. Great customer service and follow up. Highest recommendation!
The Cooper technician Matthew Carpenter attended to our furnace and air conditioner, was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable about the equipment. He took the time to explain to us even before he got started what he was going to do and when he finished he took time to explain to us what he had completed. We have use Cooper several times, and will continue to use them time and time again because they provide excellent service and always on time!

We had a completely new system installed ,including replacing the return air duct that was restricting airflow. Cooper hvac did a very thorough job and corrected problems-from the original installation over 20 years ago. Excellent job all around
