On time, courteous, and extremely professional and knowledgeable about HVAC systems and problems. Jake Arnone did a careful inspection and assessment, then made great recommendations. Actually recommended less of a system at the middle product line, but gave me sound reasons for “less is more”. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and kind, and wanted to figure out the best way to help us out. John was who ended up servicing our A/C unit and was very flexible with timing and absolutely did everything he could to get it done quickly. We feel great about the fix and signed up for the service program. Definitely recommend.

After having a negative experience with a local AC repairman, we went with Cooper and had a new AC installed. Neighbors also used Cooper with the same positive experience. The entire team was efficient, reasonably priced, and very professional with their installation. We would definitely use them again.
I would highly recommend Cooper! They installed my AC and furnace originally and arrived today to determine the problem I was having with my AC. John was able to arrive early, he went above and beyond in fixing the issue. He was extremely helpful and professional. Today is July 13. I had a technician named Jake Jenkins out to my home to give me a quote on a new AC unit on June 22. He let me know that he'd be in communication with me within a weeks time. To no avail, I've reached out for a follow up directly to the technicians cell phone number. I have not even received a call back to update me on the possibilities for a replacement unit.
