Best customer service any time I came
I live about 15 minutes from this dealership - I had to make an appointment to bring my Audi R8 in and the lady who answered the phone / in charge of scheduling needs to be re-trained .. no etiquettes at all! She acted as if I was a huge burden asking a couple of questions regarding my extended warranty . Didn’t want to deal with the attitude so I scheduled my service an hour away at Hoffman estates and had an amazing experience!
