This place is the biggest rip off on their service pricing. My best advice is to shop around for tires, battery's, and oil changes. They tried charging me over $400.00 for a battery.
Again, I'll ask if I can leave six stars. I bought a Q5 last week, and every single step of the process was incredible. Hoffman Audi is very close to my house but I decided to buy the car from here because of the great experience I had when I went here for a test-drive. Was just treated like a king by Gonzalo in sales, Jason in Finance, Dave in service, Rich in Sales....all while spending lots of money. Left feeling like I got more than my money's worth. Good, honest folks selling a great product in a straight forward manner. Not close to being the nearest Audi dealer for me, but more than worth the drive. Glad I found them.
