I called this dealership to get a price on an Audi Q7 spoke to Cody Cody said would call me back within 30 minutes with a lease price 11:30 am, 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm came by and no call all 3 times I left a voice mail or message for Cody no call back. I called back and asked to speak to a manager the receptionist transfer me to a manager who did not answer I called back the receptionist said the managers was in front of his desk and she would transfer me manager did not answer called again receptionist said he is sitting in ... read more

This Audi dealership has the bait and switch strategy so they give you a high value of for your trade-in electronically when you do it online and then when you are doing the deal the value drops by 25% at least that is very and ethical and moral and not what you expect from Audi. I highly recommend not dealing with this Audi seller as the numbers you receive it would be a total joke

I bought an Audi A6 back in 2015 from Audi of Smithtown and I have had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences with this dealership. Last week my a/c air vent wheel sort of pushed back into the vent and I couldn’t get it out. I drove in without an appointment thinking they were going to be annoyed but when I got there it was the complete opposite. I have purchased many cars over the past 18 years. This by far has been the absolute WORST experience ever. I purchase a Q5 Sportback. My sales associate Cole, told me I was not permitted to test drive the actual car that I was purchasing due to it being in the show room. We've had our Audi 2021 for one year this month 7/28/2022, and we are happy w/the decision to buy the car. The sales manager Joe Giardino, has gone above and beyond to make the after sale support the best. Even on a Saturday July 23, 2022, he was there for us w/a flat tire issue we had. Being senior citizens, and all the changes with these new cars my husband was having an issue getting the tire back on, and Joe was there for him. If I went into all the ugly details of my problems with Audi Financial it would be a book. Suffice it to say that this is the most shockingly inept, and disorganized company with some of the nastiest and most ignorant customer service representatives I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Bought a 2016 Infiniti from Audi dealership in September 2021 could you believe in may my malfunction light came on and now they telling me I’m in need of a engine because my timing belt is broken 😡 and have pieces of metal in the oil pan. Infiniti dealership said looks like the Audi dealership gave me a bad deal.

What can I say, I'm a fan of Audi but not a fan of Audi Hunt Valley. My experience with the staff was less than pleasant to say the least. The car I purchased wasn't serviced by the service department as the "Inspection Due" warning light was illuminated on the dash. I was advised by a different Audi dealership that Audi Hunt Valley failed to properly service the vehicle prior to the sale. Additionally, I was only provided one key for the car but was advised they "require" two keys when a vehicle is traded in and I'd have to... read more
