Dealership has yet to return my numerous calls. I purchased a vehicle within the last 40 days. I notice a problem and reached out to my sales person immediately he informed me that they would follow-up, within days of my purchase the mandate was issued, so I remain patience. Its been about 40 days and I've left numerous messages for the dealership to return call with absolutely no response.

service dept called to get tire changed ordered tire on Monday made appointment for Friday called Friday morning to make sure tire arrived (no follow up call from Audi) get to service dept and sat in client lounge for over 3 hour to replace one tire with an appointment. There solutions was to skip the free car wash to speed things up. I don't think I should have a benefit takin away for their poor time management. I cannot recommend their service .
We ended up driving 4 1/2 hours and they stayed open late for us plus gave us a full tank of gas and bought us new wiper blades.
Continental Audi has a beautiful selection of cars with a very friendly and professional sales staff. We enjoyed working with Malin to find the perfect Q5, and everyone who worked with us was so helpful and nice. A big thanks to Shane, Malin, Victoria, and Jason - we love our new Q5!
I just wanted to reach out and express my wife and my satisfaction with Continental Audi - working with Omar, Josh, and Dan was a delight! We both feel that this was the best car buying experience we've had. Omar is a quality salesman and even better person -- Josh was very easy to work with and explained everything well -- the same can be said about Dan - there is so much to explain with such a great vehicle, but he did it with patience - couldn't ask for better or more! Again I just can’t say enough about this dealership. I recommend this dealership to all. They very professional and stand behind there product and workmanship. So why am I writing this. Well I had to take my wife’s car in for a warranty battery replacement (not an Audi) and not Continental Audi. I made an appointment and got a firm time it would take.(3 bolts this includes the holder.
