Alex Rodman with Audi Van Nuys has been amazing to work with! We had a car stolen and were trying to buy a car from a distance which made me very nervous. The reviews didn’t help but after working with Alex and the dealership I realized that nothing I read was accurate. Alex worked with me, guided me and helped me every step of the way. It is mind boggling how inept this financial service is. I paid off my Audi A3 lease in January and have been waiting for my title for months (it's now August and I still don't the title.) There has been constant misinformation and misdirection. After waiting months, and having completed the proper paperwork to request my title, I called again and was told that they did not even have a title for the car on file and that I needed to request a new title. Gonna have to edit my review here. A couple months ago I gladly paid $200 diagnostic proactively for a check engine light that I was concerned with fail my inspection. I was given a whole list of things that should be fixed but told that none of them would be a problem for my inspection. I requested that none of the work be done at the moment and I would be back after getting a good inspection sticker. Today I went for my inspection and failed for exactly what I took my car in for. I overnighted my lease payoff check to Audi Financial Services 45 days ago. Still no title. After extended wait time, when I finally speak to someone they make various excuses but can't/won't commit to when I can expect to receive title. I was injured in an accident in the A6 after AFS cashed the payoff check and can't bring myself to drive it again. worst car buying experience ever,new Audi in Sept ,paperwork was wrong,had to resign. havenot received registration,contacted dealership, never send transfer papers in. They emailed me a picture of the registration that they are supposed to be sending, the vin number is for a SUV, I have a sedan.It has been a stressful experience. Still waiting for them to contact me about the wrong VIN on registration...buyer beware.

I filled out request for information on a specific car I was interested in purchasing. I received no response. My second request was met with an offer of a "VIP" appointment with a sales specialist who would have all the information on the car and the car cleaned and ready for a test drive. We made an appointment for Saturday 1/7/23 at 1100. I received email confirmation of the appointment at the time the appointment was made and then again on the morning of the appointment. Extremely disappointed! This is in regard to the service department. I have now leased two Audis from this dealership and the process was just fine. However, the service department has taken a drastic turn for the worst with my latest vehicle. A department that once served with a customer first attitude now lacks professionalism. I had the most pleasant experience with the Audi Financial Services Team in requesting a copy of my title in order to register my vehicle in my new State. The agent I had was courteous, professional, and extremely thorough. She was able to identify the requests from my State's Licensing Office, confirm they had a physical copy of my Title from my previous State, and confirm that the physical copy would be mailed to the State Licensing Office. Very much a pleasure to work with!!

This is a wonderful dealership to purchase a vehicle from. My salesperson Jadyn H, was amazing, she is very knowledgeable, and so sweet to work with. We had such a great experience with our Audi A5 purchase from this dealership from the first point of contact to the delivery. Jayden, Tony, Frankie and Robert all wonderful to work with. 5 Star dealership hands down.
