Got a quote from a local garage, called this dealership and was quoted $500 less. Drove an hour there only to be told, sorry we misquoted. Wasted 2 hours of my work time, mileage and gas only to be told sorry. I am a firm believer if you make a mistake, you offer something to make it up. Very poor customer service so I will never trust this location again.

Unprofessional dealership. Had appointment to test drive preowned vehicle. Was told that morning vehicle still available. After arriving & waiting for hours in lobby, was advised vehicle sold that morning Before Store Hours. Amazing. Unethical practice at worst, incompetent at best. Horrendous Internet sales team. Multiple Audi owner - will not do business at nor recommend Clearwater (Crown) Audi.

I received a call from a finance guy on 4/14/24 telling me that my uncle had put me down as a reference. He continued to tell me what car it was and that my uncle had no credit but that it was fine because I could co-sign for him and in 6 months, I could be taken off the loan. Ok, this has been the most stressful, anger filled, car buying experience I have ever had, and I have bought over 15 cars in my lifetime, drove from Huntsville to Pensacola to buy a 2020 CT5, that was advertised on the AUDI website for $27986, remember that price, as it will change later on the paperwork, got there at 0930, i was thinking this would be about a1 hr process, since i was pre-approves with SANTANDER, which i had done car loans with in the past, NICK the salesman that was working me is something out of the playbo... read more

O7 March 24, drove from Huntsville Al. to Audi of Pensacola to purchase a 2020 CT5, that was advertised on the dealership website for $27984, had a confirmation of a loan approval from Santander, whom I had did business with before, so that's good, got to the dealership at 0930 that morning, typical greeting etc. was expecting to be in and out in less than 1 hour, 1st issue was my trade in loan balance misunderstanding, no problem resubmit another loan app with the correct loan balance 2nd issue the car tire warning indicat... read more

Purchased a used Mercedes. Service and attention was great until after sale finalized. I contacted the dealership to advise three weeks after I purchased the vehicle that the battery light was coming on. I left several messages to no avail. I had to take the vehicle to Mercedes where they advised that the battery was bad and needed replacement. $700.

SHADY!!!!!!!! I’ve been trying to write this review for months, but I become so angry I can’t complete my review! Shadiest of the shady dealerships out there! Here are the basics of my experience buying a used vehicle: They falsified the AutoCheck report and hid the pages that disclosed two accidents on the record!
