When a 19 year-old walks into an Audi store looking to buy their first car, you kinda expect some odd looks. But Continental Audi was amazing, the process of buying my used 2002 passat was quick and easy. The sales staff and financial advisors treated me like I knew the owner or something. 10/10 dealership, will return in the future.
Eric [Audi of Naperville] was a great salesman as was his partner, used car sales manager and the F&I manager. They were friendly as all get up. Sent my 17 year old kid to find his own car and treated him like anyone else. Went back and gave us a very fair deal. Class act.
Jeff is phenomenal! He made the process easy and even stayed late to let me finish all of the documents. I won't be going to any other dealership in the future!
