RecommendedI had a great experience there. They were quick with everything and I had a great time seeing what an A6 could do on a snow and ice covered track. Gonzalo Lardron de Guevara was amazing. He explained the features well and ensured I understood how well the car performed. They even gave me a lower finance rate than I was approved for! I highly recommend them, ask for Gonzalo.

I called to schedule an appointment to test drive a vehicle I had found online, when I called to reschedule my appointment to come in ealier, I was told the vehicle was still available. Once I arrived I asked for the manager by the name of Viktor, since I was told to ask for him. Instead another gentlemen assisted me, the gentlemen could not locate the vehicle on its inventory list, he inquired with the Manager Viktor, who informed the salesman it had been sold. What a smooth experience. Eric Forrest didn't feel like a sales associate -- he felt like an old college buddy guiding me through the process to make it as enjoyable and pressure-free as possible. He didn't wait for me to ask the obvious questions, he just was forthcoming and let me know everything he knew about the car up front. Other associates brought my son a coloring book, they had a great waiting area, provided him with a hot chocolate and treated us with respect. Best dealer experience I've had hands down.
I purchase a used car from got it home and noticed a blemish on the door. I called my sales rep and he was very eager to take care of the issue. I am very impressed on how I was treated and the manner this was handled. They are very professional and go the extra mile to make sure that you are a satisfied customer. Also the car looks great.
