I WAS very happy with Conrad's. They've worked on my car several times & I've paid A LOT of money to them. Tony the manager was always very helpful & explained what was being done. ==>Then came along KYLE. Newer employee was nice at 1st. Then seems to be the job went to his head. Smart talking when I asked a question, not just answering the question. *So, I went in a couple weeks ago because a headlight was out. They said they couldn't test the bulbs/sockets but would replace the bulbs & see if they worked. They did work for... read more

I took my car for basic alignment on the wheels, after they got done they gave me their papers from alignment, as i was driving my car down the road on mentor, my car was still pulling on a right side, and also my steering wheel is off the balance, I turned back to report the problem, manager came out and he said to me lets go take ride to see whats going on, when manager took my car with me for ride, he was telling me thats normal because road. I took my truck in for a front end alignment, and was told they would have to replace tie rods and ball joints as they were defective,(even sent me a faked video)and I took in to my friends shop for a second opinion, and he took me in the back with the truck up in the air and showed me that there was nothing wrong with the ball joints or tie rods

I took my 2015 Toyota Camry to the Conrad's in Lakewood for oil change and tire rotation . I dropped my car off at 8:45AM at 4:00 pm still did not get a call to let me know if the work was completed . I called them talk to Adam and said they are finishing up now but I would need a new battery . I told Adam I replaced my battery with Conrad's about 2 1/2 years ago and asked him what the warranty on the battery I purchase from them. After my last complaint was poorly handled they replaced my tire under road hazard the new tire that was put on started making a noise I thought maybe my wheel bearing was going bad. So I took of my lug nut cover to remove the wheel and removed every lug nut by finger! Yes not one lug was tightened! So I called the store and the advise I was given was Quote.well it hasn't fallen of yet so just drive it on up and we will take a look at it. Adam from the Conrad's in Lakewood, Ohio deserves a 5 star review! My car had a flat tire while driving on the freeway. I took it to Conrad's in Lakewood Thursday night and left it overnight. I went back in the morning to explain why I left the car. Adam promised me that he would take care of things. He squeezed me in and I know that he was very busy! He was kind and helpful and I appreciate that he was able to get the car back to me that same day! Thank you Adam!!!! Kathy from Lakewood.

On March 7th, I took my Subaru WRX in for a tire replacement after hitting a pothole on a highway ramp and gashing the tire. While I was waiting, one of the workers approached me saying my lug nuts wouldn’t come off and that they needed to replace my entire wheel bearing studs. I called my parents telling them I need them up at the business. We have reviewed the customers comments and have reached out to speak directly with them. At this time, we offered that our District Manager meet with the customer at their convivence to re-inspect the vehicle and address appropriately if there is an issue. The customer is unable/unwilling to do so at this time, however, we would still offer that in the future if their minds change.

Going on 2 weeks I have been waiting to have my blown out new tire replaced by my Conrad's road hazard warranty...2 weeks I have been driving on a donut tire because they can't find the type and size tire they sold me a few months ago...make sure your tires are kept regularly in stock when you buy from these guys.then they said it had to come from Michigan I said I could have driven my donut tire to Michigan and picked it up myself by now....still no tire

Vehicle sat in the parking lot for five hours before they even took it back. I waited 10 minutes before anyone was at the service desk while two men were behind a closed door talking loudly. Shouldn’t they know (or monitor) that there is no one at the front desk? People at the front desk are not knowledgeable in brands or their current rebate offers. I bought **********e tires.
