Everything was great. I am enjoying my furniture and appliances. The guys were very professional that came by and delivered them to my house. I had an over all Beautiful experience with you all and would highly recommend Conn's to family and friends.

I grade a sales service related business on when something goes wrong. It is very easy to throw '5-STARS' when the perfect sale is followed an equally perfect delivery and set-up but what happens when 'LIFE' intervenes? My Purchase at Conn's went perfect. Delivery and Set-Up scheduled and we were out the Door. As our delivery day and neared to 1 hour we received a phone call from our delivery team. Upon entering the store the sales associates greeting me and helped me locate items that I wanted to purchase. I'm disabled and the sales associates were awesome. They even helped me load my items in my vehicle. I definitely will return to the Birmingham Alabama store.

The staff at Conns was amazing. They were very patient with me while I was browsing through the store. The staff was very knowledgeable about there products and how to best assist me with my home buying needs. I really appreciated the fact that none of the staff tried to pressure me into buying warranties while I was browsing or pressure me into warranties I didn't want. Great experience. We'd been looking for furniture to furnish a living room for a few weeks and couldn't find anything that we liked at a price we could afford, until we went to Conn's. They had a living room set my wife and I both liked, it was at a better price than the local competition, and they had it delivered in a couple days.
