On 05/15/2021, I purchased a Foley Mirror Mosiac box from the Raleigh, NC store. When I returned home, I realized that the merchandise was too large for my furniture. I immediately looked at the invoice. I noticed that there was no "no fund" written on the invoice. When I went to the store, the assistant store manager told me the item could not be returned, because the item is considered furniture. Really.....it's an accessory, not furniture. Poor customer service! I purchased a mattress from Conns in 2020 in Houston Texas and less than 2.5 yrs the Serta mattress spring has broke through both ends of the mattress. I noticed the hole in the mattress a week ago and immediately contacted Conns at which time I was told the warranty had expired. Nonetheless an appointment was made to sen a technician to look at the mattress. He came and took pictures of the mattress. I purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress on 4-16-22 from the Grand Prairie location, after sleeping on the mattress 2 weeks I noticed that the mattress was already beginning to sag I made various calls to customer service and 2 visits back to the store in attempt to contact someone that could give me directions on how to make a return I was referred to the warranty company, I am not satisfied with this mattress and I do not want it replaced I want to return it, I reported this before the first payment was due and no one has... read more

Very respectful team and the young man Nat was wonderful to talk, him and my son a hit it off he's a well respectful guy, felt the warmth as I enter th store by the young lady, and as I was waiting on Nat another young man came over and introduce his self to me and my son, Great staff!!!!!!!
