This customer review form/s is very complicated. I want to file a complaint against this company .. being 83 years old..this gets complicated and I am unable to follow through. This company has caused me grief, and a horrible account information and charges which are unheard of. Worst experience bought my first home ever that was great now needed furniture. Wife found 2 bedroom sets great didn’t haggle price .one bedroom missing one piece would be two weeks ok I will wait delivery everything together wrong tow months and damaged! Said send some to fix ok tech comes out can’t fix have to replace waited one month for approval . Fine back order til new year ok I will wait. Bought April 2021 deliver June 2021 damaged:(. We were very satisfied with our customer service, pricing and quick delivery/installation time. Our sales representative was super courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly what products Conn's had to offer as well as showing us different features that were available on different models. We were in and out of Conn's in less than 45 minutes after we spent most of our day in two different big chain stores with products unavailable, out of stock or delivery times three months later.
