I bought a fridge in April it was delivered and I signed for it.when the guys left I had to pull the plastic off it and noticed there are chips on it.i called and made a ticket nobody called me in 48hrs. So I looked an the website and it said resolved but it wasn't. I called back and they said they don't know what happened. The lady opened a new ticket and again no reply in 48hrs.so again I called again and they said they would send a message to the warehouse to contact me.
