I bought a sectional from Conns. Upon delivery items were damaged and taken back to the store. I received new items to only have them broken again once more. I called to have a device technician come out. He was rude and would not expect my sectional correctly. When he came out a second time he destroyed the love seat in the sectional even more. The service that Conn’s provided was awful. I purchased a refrigerator, installment and haul away. 9 days later I am still waiting on my old refrigerator to be hauled away. I have spoken with management at the store, they have told me to call warehouse. I have called, text, email everyone that I thought could be of assistance NO ONE has helped me. I asked to cancel my contract with Conn’s, told them to come pick up the new fridge. I was told I would have to pay a 15% restock fee. Conn’s breach the account agreement and now I... read more
